I got the message: "Welcome to call13434. You have entered an incorrect telephone number"

To make an international call please dial the complete international number including 00 before the country code. For example to call Dusseldorf, Germany please dial: 13434 0049 211 123456789. When calling from a Eircom line using the call13434 code please note you do not have to wait for a voiceprompt to enter the telephone number; just enter the complete telephone number immediately after dialling 13434.

From non-Eircom lines and mobiles dial 01 6850850, wait for the voiceprompt and enter the complete follow-on telephone number. For example: 1800 820 820-wait for voiceprompt- 0049 211 123456789.

Please note that when you call a local number you should still dial the complete number i.e. if you are in London and would like to make a call inside London: 13434 016 7210 1234 or 01 6850850-voiceprompt- 016 7210 1234.

If you have dialled the complete telephone number and you still get the message you have entered an incorrect telephone number it may be you are trying to call a telephone number which is not recognised by the Call13434 system. If this is the case call13434 may not offer calls to this destination; please check the destination list first to ensure we offer calls to this country.
