The tariff message was not played

Please do not forget to dial "13434" before each call and ensure you are calling from a registered telephone line. The only instance where we cannot play the tariff message is if you ring a telephone number answered by an automated computer. An automated computer will answer your call immediately without ringing first and in that case there is not enough time to play the tariff message.

If you still do not hear the tariff message, even though you are calling from a registered telephone, have dialled 13434 before your call and are not ringing an automated computer, please register this fault.
